Today is only the fifth dedicated day working on this project and it's way ahead of my expectations: nine hand made sprites, a title screen with basic functionality, two completed tutorial levels, three working powerups, and a system to track score between levels! Oh! and I can't forget the title screen song which I'm in freaking love with!

I had a lot more free time last week than normal so I expect things to slow down from here on out but I hope to have this in a state where I'm willing to share it with the public by the start of September.
